Answer of familiar questions
1). Mini Order:
1*20full container, mixed some model No.in available.
there are MOQ for each type, each model No. if you place several Model No. one time.

Sample Term:
1.sample order is available with confirmation from us;
2.Refer to one sample by express, we will charge all total cost at first. When customers give us an order of full container in future about sample sent, we will refund sample cost to them. If more than one sample, how much we will refund depend on the order.

2). Price terms:
We offer FOB Ningbo and CIF discharging port price basic, We also provide door to door service for U.S.A clients or other places (shipping company permits)

3)Payment terms:
1). 30% deposit as deposit , then balance against the copy of the B/L .
2). Irrevocable L/C at sight.
3). please pay us 100% full amount invoice valued if be LCL order and additional charge one time before order.

4). Postage of samples:
Buyer bears the postage after we find suitable, first time delivery capacity courier and delivery cost. And we will supply relevant waybill No. for buyer’s tracking on net.

5). Lead time
1).usually within 3 to 7 working days for samples after the payment has been on the account of seller.
2). usually within 7 to 15 working days for bulk order after the receipt of deposit.
But the exact time of delivery must depend on the actual producing conditions of idiographic product at that time. 

6) Transportation:
If FOB, we can help buyer to arrange the relative shipping matters, you can also specify shipping agent in China. CIF, CNF. etc.

8)warranty:
1).Spares parts: 2% of the easily damaged and wore out spare parts for free of charge (almost based on FCL order)
2).We supply strong and attractive warranty for our products. we supply 12 months warranty for main parts under normal use as per USER MANUAL;
